Johanna Kanters is a 2010 graduate of the D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy School in Ontario. She was a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for four years and relocated to beautiful British Columbia in 2015. She is now a licensed member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and a member of the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia. Since graduating, Johanna has worked primarily in auto and workplace injury rehabilitation.
Johanna enjoys working with you to effectively treat muscle imbalances, working to alleviate pain and stress on joints, and developing a massage therapy treatment program that focuses on pain relief and improvement that you can maintain for the long term.
She uses both observation and client feedback to tailor treatment plans to each individual client. Johanna implements a combination of massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and joint mobilization with stretching to help relieve a large variety of acute and chronic conditions.

Sara graduated from the Vancouver Career College Registered Massage Therapy program in 2015 and is licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Sara has always demonstrated a talent for working with her hands, which was accompanied by a deep desire to help others. After serving the past seven years as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Sara turned her focus on, and energy towards, working in a practice that actively and directly helps others.
Massage therapy has helped Sara to rekindle her quest for knowledge of the intricacy of the human body while being able to make a difference in the lives of the people she works with. Sara is passionate about working with each and every client to reach their health and wellness goals while supporting the body’s innate ability to restore its strength and balance in areas of pain and injury.

Erica Johnston graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017, and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia. She found her passion to help people by working previously with youth and adults in the city of Port Moody for 5 years.
Over the last 3 years as a licensed practitioner, Erica has expanded her knowledge and broadened her techniques treating a variety of conditions. Such as musculoskeletal injuries from sprains & strains, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, neurological injuries, chronic stress, pre/post natal and much more.
Erica has experience in techniques ranging from myofascial, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, active release and many more.
Erica has gained experience volunteering at other events such as the BMO marathon, working along side the BC lions, a variety of rehabilitation centres, as well as track and field tournaments. She has seen the benefits over her years of being an RMT how manual therapy plays an important role for overall well-being, and helping patients achieve their lifestyle goals.
She enjoys demonstrating and educating her patients on what is going on post treatment, along with proper home care so they can start their journey to a pain free lifestyle.
Melinda knows from personal experience what a world of difference professional massage therapy makes. Injured in a severe motor vehicle accident in 2005, Melinda has discovered firsthand the extraordinary healing, restorative, and rejuvenating effects of massage therapy on her journey towards renewed health and wellness.
A passion for sharing this knowledge informs Melinda’s practice with a unique, attentive, and gentle approach. Utilizing a wide variety of techniques, including hydrotherapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, and myofascial release, Melinda provides each patient with specialized treatment options tailored to their specific needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
A graduate of Vancouver Career College, Melinda continues expanding and deepening her knowledge of current massage therapy modalities and techniques, attending informative seminars and workshops on an ongoing basis. In her leisure time Melinda enjoys keeping her fingers nimble with needlepoint and cross stitch , her eyes keen with photography, her back strong with gardening and her loved ones well nourished with her culinary fare.

Emma graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and is a licensed member with the College of Massage therapist of British Columbia, as well a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of British Columbia. She was driven to pursue a career in Massage Therapy for her interest and first-hand experience in the positive effects and healing properties of manual therapy.
Experiencing a number of conditions from acute and chronic injury, whiplash, sports related, neurological injury, headaches, anxiety, stress and even day to day tension, Emma believes that patient care within the clinic and in daily life is most important. Sharing her knowledge, if it be an injury, alignment, life style, stress management or maintenance, every patients treatment plan is different from person to person. Each individual has requirements different from another, diverse techniques that are appropriate for each patient.
Emma utilizes a number of techniques catered to each individuals needs including swedish massage, petrissage, pressure point release, trigger point release, myofascial, stretching and joint mobilizations to decrease acute and chronic muscle and joint pain. Emma strives to provide a patient specific treatment plan and a guideline of activities including stretching, hydrotherapy, daily postural advice and exercise to maximize a positive outcome.

Steffanie graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in March 2021. She is waiting to write the provincial board exams to become a fully Registered Massage Therapist in September.
In the meantime Steffanie is eager to be working as a bodyworker to showcase her knowledge and passion she has for helping clients in improving and maintaining their physical health. With her experience in treating a wide variety of patients and conditions, Steffanie is confident in making customizable treatment plans that fit her patients needs and goals.
She enjoys performing a range of massages such as a quiet relaxation massage or a treatment more tailored to a condition/injury with educating the patient throughout the massage. Steffanie specializes in swedish techniques, myofascial release, PNF stretching and active release techniques.
In her spare time she enjoys living an active lifestyle and going on nature walks with her dog Leo. She has a history of dance and fitness injuries which has led to her passion in wanting to help others return to and maintain their optimal physical health during and after injuries.
